Sad news everyone, the ever lovely Jean Simmons has passed away at the age of 80. She has left us a body of work so as to not be forgotten. Hopefully we’ll be able to see a Blu-ray of her work in Black Narcissus sooner rather than later, what with the spearheading of Powell and Pressburgers The Red Shoes to have a high definition release.
