I think they'll have to do more than just come up with Bluray versions of titles we're already familiar with on the Criterion imprint to carve out their own niche, but in a way, I think it could be a good thing to see some competition in this arena. That's easy for me to say though since I already own all the OOP titles from this recent mass slaughter.
