Bradley Cooper Joins Jane Got A Gun

Another day, another development for the recently much talked about Jane Got A Gun.

After star Jude Law ditched the project in the wake of director Lynne Ramsay doing the same thing, director Gavin O’Connor came aboard the film, and now, a replacement for Law has been found.

Deadline reports that Bradley Cooper is set to take over the lead villain role, marking yet another interesting acting choice for the actor who is as interested in working with the likes of O’Connor and his Place Beyond The Pines director Derek Cianfrance, as he is working in the Hangover franchise.

Now an Oscar nominee, the actor has lined up another huge role, and it’s one that I’m really excited to see him take on. While the loss of Ramsay/Law is upsetting, O’Connor is one hell of a filmmaker, and Cooper has proven himself to be much more than just a pretty face. Cooper is a solid actor, and this should be a step far enough out of his comfort zone that it will be a true test for the actor.
