Three NSFW Clips Arrive For Only God Forgives

onlygodforgivesframed

If there is one film that was made for this year’s Cannes Film Festival, it was Nicolas Winding Refn’s new project, Only God Forgives.

With the filmmaker’s last film, Drive, sparking its massive theatrical run and its rise into almost overnight cult classic status on the Croisette back in 2011, Refn’s next film will be hitting the festival soon, and in preparation of its premiere, three new clips have arrived.

The new glimpses at the film are similar to those we’ve already seen, but give us more of a focus on the mother character, and the performance in that role by Kristen Scott Thomas. Thomas has been rumored as one of the contenders for an acting award at the festival this year, and these clips shine a light on a performance unlike most we’ve seen from the actress. I love the look and feel of this film, and while I was a tad mixed on Refn’s last film, this has the makings of something really fantastic.
