Trailer For David Gordon Green’s The Sitter Will Leave You In Stitches

Sure, he’s the genius behind such films as Undertow, All The Real Girls, and the masterpiece known as George Washington (a favorite of the CriterionCast crew), but if there is anything that director David Gordon Green has proven, it’s that when it comes to major studio motion pictures, he doesn’t quite hit the mark.

Both Pineapple Express and Your Highness had amazing pieces of promotional material, but ultimately missed their target when it came to the final product, and now, we have yet another hilarious bit of footage, this time for his upcoming film, The Sitter.

Starring Jonah Hill, the film follows a man who gets into some trouble while babysitting a diverse trio of kids, and with a kick ass cast including Hill, Sam Rockwell, and even an appearance from rapper and personal favorite of mine, Method Man, this film looks to be absolutely hilarious.

That all said, the trailers for a film like Your Highness also had this writer in stitches, making that film easily the biggest disappointment of this year.   Hopefully the same won’t be said for this film, when it hits on December 9th.
