The fine folks at Flicker Alley have officially unveiled their two new upcoming Cinerama Blu-ray releases: Seven Wonders of the World (1956) and Search for Paradise (1957) on Blu-ray/DVD combo packs. Pre-orders will begin this summer, with the final products due to ship this November. These two titles were first hinted at in their 2014 calendar, which they included with most orders from their site.

Flicker Alley is proud to announce the continuation of our popular Cinerama releases with the upcoming Seven Wonders of the World (1956) and Search for Paradise (1957) on Blu-ray/DVD combo packs. These classic films have been restored and remastered with our Smile Box simulator to give you an ultimate and authentic Cinerama experience. Exquisitely photographed, these film experiences gave birth to such processes such as IMAX cinema and paved the way for what and how a camera could capture images.

The features include flights over the Egyptian pyramids, Rio de Janeiro, explorations of ancient ruins, river rapids and more. Search for Paradise even includes a fantastic score composed by Dimitri Tiomkin of High Noon fame. For a taste of what is in store, here are some links to the remastered trailers of Seven Wonders of the World:

The cinerama releases that Flicker Alley have released in the past (This Is Cinerama, Windjammer, Cinerama Holiday, and South Seas Adventures) have all been absolutely incredible, and are essential additions to your Blu-ray collections.
