I know, I know, I’ve been a terrible editor lately. I haven’t been writing much of anything here on the site recently, but most of you that follow my Twitter account, or CriterionCast, know that I’ve been posting up a storm on our revamped Tumblr blog. I have a dozen or so drafts that I’ve started here on the site, that I just haven’t been able to finish. I promise that I will return with a vengeance one of these days.
In case you haven’t been listening to the podcast recently, I’ll be traveling to San Diego tomorrow for Comic Con. It will be four days of nerding out with a hundred thousand geeks, and I have a feeling that this year will be a good one. It may also be my last, for a while.
I’ll be posting a schedule of panels that I’m excited about attending tomorrow at some point, in case any of you are attending, and are looking for home video related panels to go to.
If you’re interested in following along, there are a number of ways:
- Follow me on Twitter, it will be the place that I will be posting the most thoughts, pictures, videos, etc.
- Follow CriterionCast on Twitter. I’ll keep my tweeting from the main account to a minimum, unless of course I find some really sweet, Criterion-related stuff to show you.
- Follow our Tumblr. If there are any pictures worth sharing, they’ll end up there.
If you haven’t heard, David Bax from Battleship Pretension and I are organizing a meet-up on Thursday night at the Tipsy Crow in Downtown San Diego, around 8pm. We’ll be meeting up for drinks, and will likely be nerding out about movies, the convention, and podcasting. We’d love to meet you there.
I know that I have been pretty bad about getting the podcast episodes up on our site, but if you’re subscribed to our feed in iTunes, then you won’t have noticed anything. I’ve recently set us up on Podcastr, which is a pretty nice mobile site for podcasts.
Thanks for reading, and again, I promise to have some content up on here really soon.
