IFC Midnight will bring “The Beast” to cinemas on December 5th, with “Immoral Tales” following on December 12th.
Tales Of Hoffman is coming to Blu-ray (in Europe)
StudioCanal will bring to Blu-ray Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger’s The Tales of Hoffmann (1951), starring Moira Shearer, Robert Rounseville, Ludmilla Tchérina, and Robert Helpmann. The release will be available for purchase on March 23, 2015.

The technical presentation of the film is just as good as that of French label Carlotta Films, but obviously all of the supplemental features are in English. It is great that we finally have this film on Blu-ray.
