Film Panel Lineup For SXSW 2011 Announced

When it comes to the average film festival, while most of the focus may be on the films debuting or showing, one of the most interesting aspects happens to be the panels.

Focusing on nearly every aspect of the film world, from distribution, to writing, to even film criticism and journalism, these panels are often some of the most insightful and interesting aspects of a given festival, for those in, or even out of the film business.

Well, the lineup for the 2011 SXSW Film Conference has been revealed, and spearheaded by two key speakers; Todd Phillips (The Hangover) and Paul Reubens (The Pee-Wee Herman Show), this is one hell of a lineup.

Duncan Jones will have a discussion after his film, Source Code, debuts (the opening night film), as will James Gunn, who will be discussing his film, Super, which stars Ellen Page and Rainn Wilson, both of whom will be there as well.   Brian Johnson from Intel will be discussing entertainment and social networking in his ‘Last Broadcast’ discussion, and Harry Knowles will be discussing the 15th Anniversary of his iconic web outlet, Ain’t It Cool News, and these are in the first few days.

Here is the full list of panels:
